- Pay the total amount for all volumes** in advance and receive all volumes as they become available. You will be invoiced for shipping costs whenever volumes are shipped. You should receive all volumes before the end of 2018.

$17.50 per volume / $2,380 all volumes
- Pay a 40% down payment for all volumes** in advance and pay a minimum of $50 each month until the total cost of publications plus shipping is covered. You will be invoiced for shipping costs whenever volumes are shipped. You should receive all volumes before the end of 2018.
