  • What is the Direct Mail Service (DMS)?

    The Direct Mail Service (DMS) is a subscription service from Living Stream Ministry (LSM) that allows you to receive newly released publications automatically based on the chosen categories.

  • What are the benefits of having a DMS subscription?

    As a DMS subscriber you will receive a 30% discount from the retail price on all books included in the automatic shipment. The books will be shipped automatically based on the category you have chosen. This means that you do not have to contact LSM to place orders for these books. Also, this means that you will be among the first one to receive these books.

  • What are the languages and categories available on DMS?

  • Are books received as part of a DMS subscription returnable?

    Books sent automatically as part of a DMS subscription cannot be returned. However, LSM will replace any books received that are defective or damaged at no additional cost.

  • How much is the deposit needed to start a subscription?

    To start a subscription, new DMS customers are required to pay a $20 deposit ($50 for churches) which can be paid online. This deposit will be applied to your account as a credit to be used on your first shipment(s). Once used, you will see an amount due on your monthly statement.

  • How can I subscribe to DMS?

    To subscribe to DMS, go to the new account page, fill out the form, and pay the deposit. If you prefer, you can contact us at books@lsm.org or call 714-236-6050.
