God wants to work Himself into His chosen people. Although the Triune God is great, extensive, and all-inclusive, He is willing to humble Himself and enter into small human beings. As the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit, He enters into our innermost part, our human spirit. When the Spirit of God enters our human spirit, the two spirits are mingled with one another, thereby becoming one spirit. These two spirits becoming one spirit is the goal of God’s economy. Everything in God’s economy is in this mingled spirit. Thus, we must learn to know, use, and exercise this spirit and also learn to live and walk in this spirit. “If we want to serve the Lord, follow Him, bear His testimony on earth, be mature in life, victorious, and sanctified, and have spiritual power and authority, we must realize that all these matters are in the mingled spirit. This spirit is the focus, the goal, of God’s economy.”
