God’s purpose for us is that we would express Him and subdue His enemy. However, as created men we cannot accomplish this purpose by ourselves. Rather, it is by taking the Lord as our life that we can fulfill God’s purpose. When Christ enters into us, He does everything in us and through us, and we are able to do all things in Him. He becomes our life supply, and the issue of enjoying this life supply is the growth in life. Then, by the growth in life we are spontaneously united and built up together to be one entity, the Body of Christ. It is through the Body of Christ that God’s purpose is accomplished.

“If we practice what has been ministered to us regarding how to grow in life, how to serve the Lord, and how to build up the church, the Lord will bestow His abundant blessing upon the church with all the saints. The Lord will bless us not only spiritually but also physically, even in material things. He will bless us all-inclusively because we are caring for His heart’s desire to build up His church.”
