The Gospel of Romans is a book on the gospel of God. The entire book, from chapter 1 on the person of Jesus Christ the God-man and the righteousness of God to chapter 16 on the local churches as the expression of the Body of Christ, is the gospel, the good news, the glad tidings. No other book presents the gospel of God in such a complete way.

In Crystallization-study of the Epistle to the Romans Witness Lee shows that the center of the gospel is Jesus Christ the God-man, that the content of the gospel is the dynamic salvation of God in its fullness, and that the structure of the gospel is the righteousness of God, the life of Christ, and the faith of the believers. The center, content, and structure of the gospel is simply Christ: He is the source of our complete salvation, and He is our righteousness, life, and faith.
